Shipping/Delivery Service

Local Delivery

We deliver Monday through Saturday, within the 495 belt. Each zip code has a specific day of delivery. If you need a delivery and can be accommodated by your specific delivery day there is no charge for many items. If you need your delivery on an alternate day, there is a minimal charge of $5.00/delivery.

Shipping Outside our Local Delivery Area

  • North Shore Home Medical Supply offer delivery via UPS/Fedex/USPS all across the country!
  • The Following Shipping Fees are assessed for deliveries outside of our local area:
    <$75 total sale= $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping
    >$75 total sale= Free Shipping
  • If you require expedited shipping- please call and order by phone so that we may quote you a price.
  • If you receive an order that is damaged or broken please contact us at 978-535-3893 at your earliest convenience so that we can arrange for a replacement item.
  • If you require monthly shipments, the drop ship fee will be waived. (see our Loyalty Program page.)

Special Deliveries

Some medical supplies such as hospital beds, lift chairs, and other heavy equipment require special attention, such as setup, product usage review, 2 person delivery, etc. these items may have various delivery charges.
